There is a huge demand for plastic bottle cap molds in shopping malls, and there are many subdivided shopping malls, and there is a lot of competitive pressure in shopping malls.More and more manufacturers are joining the plastic bottle cap mold mall, and the diversification and differentiation of plastic bottle caps are constantly advancing. But what we don't understand is that plastic bottle cap molds are also very easy to rust, so under normal circumstances, what is the reason for the rust of plastic bottle cap molds?

There is a huge demand for plastic bottle cap molds in shopping malls, and there are many subdivided shopping malls, and there is a lot of competitive pressure in shopping malls.More and more manufacturers are joining the plastic bottle cap mold mall, and the diversification and differentiation of plastic bottle caps are constantly advancing. But what we don't understand is that plastic bottle cap molds are also very easy to rust, so under normal circumstances, what is the reason for the rust of plastic bottle cap molds?

Usually the reason for the rust of the plastic bottle cap mold is the gas formed after the melt is overheated and differentiated. If it occurs during suspension molding, the presence of corrosive gas around the plastic bottle cap mold means that the mold is rusty. For this reason, when suspension injection molding, the clean mold must be smeared with a clean soft cloth, and the mold must be closed when it is not formed to prevent corrosion caused by the surrounding gas to other injection molding machines. When closing the plastic bottle cap mold, always remember to apply butter, and don't forget to stuff it in when pouring the mold. If the molding is suspended for a long time, the mold cavity should be sprayed with rust inhibitor, etc., and the mold cavity should be cleaned with a soft cloth before spraying. It is true that there are no rust spots so far.

If the appearance of the mold cavity is stained with calcium carbide slag, which causes the plastic mold to rust, it should be removed in time; the presence of precipitated and differentiated carbides in the profile often causes the mold to wear or corrode. Once found, wipe it with a dry cloth immediately.

Although the general electroplating layer is very anti-rust in the mold cavity, it is not completely effective. Sometimes corrosive gases will deeply corrode through the pores on the appearance of the coating. The way to prevent the coating from rusting is to wipe the plastic bottle cap mold diligently.

The cooling water in the mold can easily rust the plastic bottle cap mold.If the mold is cooled below zero degrees, the moisture in the air will form water droplets on the outside of the mold, and if it is not erased, it will rust.Although there will be no boundary condensation during the molding process, condensation will occur immediately after the suspension is formed.Try not to suspend the molding during the production process. Even if it is to be suspended, the cooling water should be turned off and the outside of the plastic bottle cap mold should be dried.

When the above situation occurs, it is necessary to ensure that the protection work can be done in time so that the plastic bottle cap mold is not easy to rust.
